The perfect way to start
Jiu Jitsu
Our Intro to BJJ program has been meticulously designed for a DAY ONE beginner.
Our focus in this program is to give you the ability to start Jiu Jitsu safely and successfully.
This class will get you in shape for our other classes. It will prepare you to reach your goals, and help you succeed in Jiu Jitsu.
This is a 12 week curriculum that walks you through the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu giving you all the tools you need to accomplish your goals.
If you've thought about starting Jiu Jitsu before but decided not to because you didn't think you were prepared, or were concerned it wasn't for you, or were concerned about someone beating you up, THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!
We do ZERO live training, wrestling, or sparring in this class. We walk you through all the small details you need to be successful. We talk you through how to think about training, the mental frameworks that will make you successful on and off the mat. We are a supportive group of coaches and teammates that all want to see you succeed.
